How much will Delivery Cost?
Our shipping calculator will give you an accurate shipping quote for the items in your cart. This can be found at the bottom of the shopping cart page, just click on 'cart' at the top right of any page and you will see the section named 'calculate postage at the bottom of the page. The shipping calculator will calculate the exact total for postage & packaging determined by your postal/zip code.
If you cannot see your location, please email us as the shipping calculator may not yet be set up for your country or the weight of your order may not yet have been set up. We do not make any profits on the shipping prices we charge. We only charge for the exact cost of shipping the items to you.
Delivery Information:
UK Customers:
All orders will be dispatched within 1 working day of purchase. We dispatch orders from Monday to Friday. Occasionally, a particular product may not be available for immediate despatch. In the event that we cannot meet our usual delivery times, we will notify you of the expected delivery date by e-mail, and give you the option to cancel your order.
All our standard UK orders are sent via Royal Mail standard delivery. Please allow up to 3 working days for delivery to mainland UK.
Some larger items will be sent via courier. You will receive full details in your order confirmation email if your order has been sent via this method.
International Customers:
Worldwide Orders: All of our smaller items will be sent via Royal Mail standard airmail. Larger order will be sent via Royal Mail’s ‘International Signed For’ airmail. This is tracked and insured service. You will receive a delivery estimate in your order confirmation email.
Some larger items will be sent via courier such as DHL, UPS, Fedex. You will receive full details in your order confirmation email if your order has been sent via this method.
Standard Royal Mail Delivery Times:
UK Mainland: 2st Class Royal Mail 2-3 working days
UK Mainland: 1st Class Royal Mail 1-2 working days
Western Europe: Royal Mail International Airmail Standard 5-7 working days
Rest of Europe: Royal Mail International Airmail Standard 6-9 working days
USA / Canada: Royal Mail International Airmail Standard 7-10 working days
Rest of the World: Royal Mail International Airmail Standard 10-14 working days
Can I purchase from outside the UK?
Yes. We ship worldwide. If you cannot see your location, please email us as the shipping calculator may not yet be set up for your country or the weight of your order may not yet have been set up.

For UK customers:
Occasionally a package goes missing or takes a little longer to arrive at its destination. If the package takes longer than 1 week to be delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to locate it. Velo Heaven takes customer service very seriously and will be do our best to resolve any delivery related issues for you.
For International customers:
Occasionally a package goes missing or takes a little longer to arrive at its destination. If the package takes longer than 3 weeks to be delivered, please contact us and we will do our best to locate it.
