Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.


For new items we offer a standard 28 day returns policy after your date of purchase on your payment receipt.

All new items we stock carry the manufacturer’s standard guarantee. If a problem develops with any of these items, you should return it to us. We will in turn mail it to the manufacturer.

For NOS “New Old Stock,” custom or one-off items we offer a 14-day warranty.


If you have received incorrect (referenced against your order receipt) or damaged goods, we will give a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the case of a refund for damaged goods, we reserve the right to an independent opinion on whether the goods qualify for a refund or not.

If you are returning an item with an rrp of over £20, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance.

In the case of incorrect (referenced against your order receipt) or damaged goods, we will reimburse the cost of you posting the goods back to us as long as the cost has been agreed first.
