Our returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.

Guarantees:

For new items we offer a standard 30 day returns policy after your date of purchase on your payment receipt.

All new items we stock carry the manufacturer’s standard guarantee. If a problem develops with any of these items, you should return it to us. We will in turn mail it to the manufacturer.

For NOS “New Old Stock,” custom or one-off items we offer a 14-day warranty.

Refunds:

If you have received incorrect (referenced against your order receipt) or damaged goods, we will give a full refund. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

In the case of a refund for damaged goods, we reserve the right to an independent opinion on whether the goods qualify for a refund or not.

Returns:

If you are returning an item with an rrp of over £20, you should consider using a trackable postage service or purchasing postage insurance.

In the case of incorrect (referenced against your order receipt) or damaged goods, we will reimburse the cost of you posting the goods back to us as long as the cost has been agreed first.

Your will be refunded via your original payment method.

 

EU right of withdrawal Terms & Conditions:

European Union 14 day cooling off period:
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Terms:

  • 14-day withdrawal window — customers have 14 days from delivery of the last item to request a return or cancellation.

  • Return-after-notice timing — once you have notified us, You have 14 days to send the goods back to us in UK.

  • Refund timeframe — you will receive your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return)

  • Standard shipping — you will receive a refund the original standard delivery cost (not premium/express if you chose that at checkout)

  • Return shipping responsibility — As the customer you are responsible for the cost of shipping the products you have ordered from us in UK.
